PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and comfortable passenger continuous transport device without deteriorating passenger transport efficiency. SOLUTION: In this passenger continuous transport device comprising plural chair devices 1 which are not connected to each other to circulate along a guide rail 2 disposed in the form of a loop, chair transport speed at bording port parts 3, 5 and exit parts 4, 6 provided at reversal parts of the passenger continuous transport device is set as such a low speed that passengers can get on and off, chair transport speeds at middle parts S3, S8 is set as a higher speed than the speed at the boarding port parts 3, 5 and exit port parts 2, 6, acceleration ranges S2, S7 in which the low speed is gradually accelerated to the high speed are provided from the boarding port parts 3, 5 to the middle parts S3, S8, deceleration ranges S4, S9 in which the high speed is gradually reduced to the low speed are provided from the middle parts S3, S8 to the exit port parts 2, 6, and at least at the exit parts 2, 6, moving sideways 7, 8 moving at a similar or lower speed than the chair device 1 along an advance direction of the chair device 1 are provided.
