PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a conductive printed layer to be manufactured with offset printing at a low cost by providing a printing layer, a transparent conductive ink layer by offset printing, a transparent dummy printing layer, a transparent conductive ink layer, and a transparent conductive ink layer with the same pattern on the printed body. SOLUTION: A printing layer 2 is given on the printed body 1, and a transparent dummy printing layer 3 and transparent conductive printing layer 4 are provided on the printing layer 2. Herein, the printing layer 2 is preferably provided with offset printing. Also, the transparent dummy printing layer 3 is made to have a composition that can not be visually discriminated with the transparent conducting printing layer 4 after printing. Furthermore, used for the transparent conductive printing layer 4 is matter consisting principally of tin oxide as a conductive oxide. Accordingly, the transparent conductive ink layer and transparent dummy printing layer can not be distinguished, and the transparent conductive ink layer is formed by offset printing, so that a conductive printing layer can be obtained which is equal to an ordinary conductive printing layer.
