PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic processing apparatus, equipped with a function for replacing an unwanted part with a frame image, when the unnecessaary part caused by an error in a stop position exists at the part of the end of the frame image of photographic film read by a scanner at an exposure gate. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with detection means 6 and 8 for detecting the existence of an unwanted image area caused by the positional devation between the image area of the frame image of the photographic film stopped at an exposure gate 3 and the opening part 4 of the gate 3, a correction means 9 for generating a corrected image by enlarging or copying the frame image, when the unwanted image area is detected by the means 6 and 8, and a display means 10 displaying the frame image read at the gate 3 and displaying the corrected image, after adding identification information thereto. |
