PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrences of unnecessary blanks and to allow a sheet insertion, in an image forming device capable of folding and binding in the middle. SOLUTION: In middle-fold-and-bind copying, when the number of documents is one or two larger than an integral multiple of 4, the image forming device 2 uses paper of a 1/2 paper size, thereby reducing the occurrences of blank pages. Therefore, all read image data is once stored in an HDD 132, and images are formed in specific order so as to correspond with the image data supplied from the HDD based on print page information specified according to a predefined procedure. |
