PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a corner cover to the corner part of an option corner by engaging detaining pieces to the front surface of an engaging piece and fixing a mounting part to a casing in the state of putting the corner cover. SOLUTION: The corner cover 20 is put at an angle at which a lower trim 7 and a handrail 11 approach in the state of detaining the engaging pieces 24 and 24 of a fixture 23 to the engaging part of the corner cover 20 and thereafter, the fixture 23 is pulled downward and through-holes 27 pieced at the fixture 23 are aligned to threaded holes 28 and setscrews are screwed into the threaded holes 28. A side plate 5 and a front plate 10 are thus securely connected by the fixture 23. At this time, the corner cover 20 is mounted to the top end of the corner portion of the casing 2 in the state that the rear part and left side part of the corner cover 20 are fitted to the handrail 11. In addition, the recessed part of the corner cover 20 holds down the lower mounting part to the lower trim 7 side and the front bottom end of the windshield G is fixed to the lower trim 7.
