PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine the front hook of a seat cushion pad to a pad bracket without deviating forward/backward and to right/left, to hole-fitting the front hook to the bolt hole of the pad bracket and to simplify fastening work of the bolt. SOLUTION: A pair of pad brackets 16, 16 are formed with a vertical web 18 and a pair of vertical flanges 19, 19 to form a groove-shaped cross section to make it possible to insert a pair of hooks 33, 33 of the seat cushion pad 31. In addition, a tilting flange 21 is extended upward at the upper end of the web 18 and a nut 23 is welded to the rear surface of the web 18 by coinciding with the bolt hole 22 of the web 18 and fixedly mounted to the rear side of the front 11 with the one pair of vertical flanges 19 at prescribed intervals on right and left at the front 11.
