PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise by integrally forming pressurizing pawls on a disk tray so as to be elastically deformable by the pressurization from the casing part confronted with the transporting route of the disk tray. SOLUTION: Projected parts 15 of the pressurizing pawls 14 are formed to the free state projected to the casing side from the disk tray surface in the state when the disk medium 20 is placed on the disk tray 10. When the disk tray 10 is transported for sliding to the inside direction of the casing 1, the projected parts 15 of the pressurizing pawls 14 attain to the parts where pressurizing projected parts 3 are positioned. The projected parts 15 become such a state as running onto the tapered surfaces of the pressurizing projected parts 3 and resulting that the pressurizing force from the tapered surfaces of the pressurizing projected parts 3 is exerted on the projected parts 15. By the further transportation of the disk tray 10, the pressurizing pawls 14 are elastically deformed, and the projected parts 15 run on the pressurizing projected parts 3 and become the housing finished state. By this pressurizing force due to this running on, the disk tray 10 is elastically pressed on toward the bottom surface 1b of the casing 1.
