PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching and sealing structure of a pump cylinder wherein a pump can be detachably attached easily to a pour-out part for use without need of an accessory provided on a liquid storage bag in advance. SOLUTION: A pair of tongue-like pieces 60 are respectively provided along a heat seal 25 on a pour-out part 24 protruding from an upper end face of a refill container 10, and a first circular flange 33 is brought into contact with a tip of a pour-out opening 27 to place a cylinder 31 of a pump cylinder 28 on the pour-out opening 27. A sealing unit 50 is placed to cover around the placed cylinder 31, and a pair of outer shells 51 are integrally joined, whereby a packing is brought into tight contact with the cylinder 31 across a sheet member of the pour-out part 24 for attaching the pump cylinder 28 to the pour- out opening 27 of a liquid storage bag 11 in a sealed state.
