PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a totally solid lithium ion battery with a solid electrolyte layer having an extremely thin thickness and high ion conductivity. SOLUTION: A solid electrolyte layer 3 is formed by splashing moldings of at least two kinds of fine particles selected from among lithium compound, metal oxide and silicon sulfide as a source for deposition, and the solid electrolyte layer 3 having a thin film thickness and high ion conductivity can be obtained, since the electrolyte layer 3 is formed so as to mutually adhere plural kinds of fine particles uniformly mixed. |
