摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical receiver for parallel transmission where the effect of crosstalk from a data channel is reduced. SOLUTION: The optical receiver for parallel transmission of this invention is a receiver where a clock signal channel to receive a clock signal and a plurality of data signal channels to receive data signals synchronously with the clock signal are provided in parallel. In the clock signal channel consisting of a PD element 1D that receives an optical signal sent from a transmitter side and converts it into an electric signal, a preamplifier circuit 2D that amplifies the electric signal from the PD element and a main amplifier circuit 3D, a variable capacitor 4 is provided between the preamplifier circuit 2D and the main amplifier circuit 3D and a variable resistor 5 is provided between an anode electrode of the PD element 1D and ground. In this way, the reception frequency band of the clock signal channel can be made narrower. Thus, the effect of crosstalk from the data signal channels can be remarkably reduced.
