PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more inexpensive apparatus low in power consumption and high in reliability. SOLUTION: An N-MOS transistor is connected across the terminal D(D2, D3...) connected to the electrode of each of piezoelectric members and earth potential VSS and a P-MOS transistor is connected across the terminal D(D2, D3...) and drive voltage VDD. The substrate potential of the P-MOS transistor is set to VSS higher than VDD to constitute a drive circuit. The time T from a point of time when the potential of one terminal of the piezoelectric member is changed to a point of time when the potential of the other terminal thereof is changed is made possible to set so that the potential of the other terminal generated by induction at a time when the potential of one terminal is changed does not become lower than VSS.
