PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily add additional information capable of simultaneously showing a duty as a retrieval key in the case of retrieving a prescribed specified part and a duty as the annotation of time sequential data by deforming additional information based on correlative relation with time sequential data, synthesizing it with the data and presenting it on a screen. SOLUTION: Additional information is inputted on the first screen 3a and the second one 3b through the use of an additional information input part 4. An inputted animation and additional information are stored by mutual relation in a relating part 7. An additional information deforming part 6 erases additional information written on the first screen 3a from the first screen 3a when a fixed time elapses after the input. In the meantime, additional information written in the second screen 3b remains on the screen as it is. When a user selects additional information presented on the second screen 3b through the use of a pen 4b in this state, program searching is executed in the selected additional information and the simultaneously inputted animation and they are reproduced on the first screen 3a to be presented to the user.
