PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop processing system which prevents a code size from being increased more as the number of cycles needed to execute an instruction is increased. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a loop control part 12 which indicates information about the number of loop repeating times, registers 16, 18 and 20 for a condition code which designate a condition for executing a condition in accordance with the number of loop repeating times and a condition decision controlling part 14 which controls writing to a memory 28 for operation results and a register file 30 based on the number of loop repeating times and conditions.
