PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable actuator, having an engine and suitable for multiple functions and various uses, in which mounting is carried out at a low cost in a simple constitution, and to prevent decrease in balance of mount. SOLUTION: A portable horizontal-axial type actuator with an engine includes an engine 1 and a generator driven by the engine 1. A pair of mounting bosses 6 are arranged in a projected state at the lower part of a trunk case 2 of the engine 1. A channel-shaped plate 31 is screwed with a volt 37 to the pair of bosses 6, so that the plate 31 is made to direct towards both ends of the trunk case 2. Each mounting hole 33 is drilled at both end parts of the plate 31, and a flexible mount 32 is fit-inserted and mounted in each mounting hole 3. In addition, the mount 32 is formed integrally with a leg part 34 at the lower position of the plate 31, a bottleneck part 35 projected from the leg part 34 and passed through the mounting hole 33 of the plate 31, and a head part 36 formed on the bottle-neck part 35 and locked to a surface rim of a mounting hole 33.
