PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give information on the reproduction and reception of a message while adding a priority order by the intention of a subscriber by providing a message storing part, which prioritizes to a received message and stores the message and message adding information which includes priority order information. SOLUTION: Priority order is set to the telephone number of a caller, which will probably be obtained according to its importance in a user information table. A central control part 12 gives a message header number to a message recorded in a recording memory part 6. Then, based on the telephone number of the caller obtained by a caller's telephone number obtaining part 5, the table 8 is retrieved and the telephone number of the caller, the receiving date of the message and the division of the caller are linked with the message header number by an added information data base constructing part 9 to be written in an adding information data base in a main storing part 10. In addition, preferential information setting information is obtained from the table 8 and a preferential information flag is written in the adding information data base.
