PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply mount a portable telephone set or PHS on a person's ear when it receives call and to speak without using the hand in a mounting state by providing an arm for grasping the portable telephone set or PHS, in a state freely detachable state and mounting a hanging tool for hanging to the root of the person's ear to the arm. SOLUTION: This portable telephone set or PHS 5 is grasped by the arm 1, so as to wrap its back surface to the outside of a front-side display part and the back-side center part is fixed by pressurizing by a projection part 1a in the arm 1.
