PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for correcting a digital signal without trouble by calculating a correction expression correcting the digital signal based on a relation between signals, which is calculated from plural inputted analog signals and plural digital signals obtained by A/D-converting the analog signals. SOLUTION: An A/D converter 3 A/D-converts analog signals which are inputted to the contact point parts SW0-SW3 of an analog switch 1 and are amplified into digital signals. The A/D converter 3 inputs the ground potential of the lower end voltage of a full scale to an OFF terminal as a reference value and inputs the reference potential of the upper end voltage of the full scale to a VREF terminal as the reference value. A micro processor 5 calculates the correlation expression of a digital value which contains an error and a digital value which does not contain the error, namely, a correction expression used for correcting the error, based on the A/D-converted digital signal value of the analogue signal formed of reference potential, and stores the calculated true digital value in a common memory 4.
