PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane antenna that realizes a high gain and a high efficiency by exciting a radio wave radiating part with a standing wave. SOLUTION: A dielectric waveguide path 1 is bent within a plane to form straight line parts 5 to the dielectric waveguide path 1 and plural grooves are formed in a short-side direction of the straight line parts 5 onto the upper part of the straight line parts 5 at an interval in the lengthwise direction of the straight line parts 5. A conductor board 2 with plural slots 8 covers an upper face of the dielectric waveguide path 1, a conductor board 3 without any slot covers the lower side of the dielectric waveguide path 1 and a feeding element 4 to supply electromagnetic radiation power is fitted to the dielectric waveguide path 1.
