PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the data updating of a device which judges that, while a key is pressed, another key is pressed and makes a sequential sampling type data read by updating the data in a latch part by the sum of the outputs of monostable multivibrators. SOLUTION: The monostable multivibrators 10a to 10n detect data 1a rising and falling and 1st gate circuits 13a to 13n composed of OR circuits detect the rise and fall; and the sum of the outputs of the individual gate circuits 13a to 13n is detected by a 2nd gate circuit 14 composed of an EX-RO circuit, the output 14a of which is inputted to a 3rd gate circuit 15 of an AND circuit where an interruption signal 1b is inputted directly. Further, its output 15a and the output 10Aa of a monostable multivibrator A are inputted to a 4th gate circuit 16 composed of an OR circuit and its output 16a is inputted as a conventional interruption signal 1b to the latch part 3. Thus, the sum of the outputs of the monostable multivibrators 10a to 10n is outputted as an output 14a to update the held data, separately from the interruption signal 1b outputted by initial key input.
