PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep excellent printing durability over a long period by incorporating a vinyl based polymer having a carbosiloxane dendrimer structure in the side chain and a binder resin in the surface layer. SOLUTION: The vinyl based polymer having the carbosiloxane dendrimer in the side chain and the binder resin are incorporated at least in the surface layer. The vinyl base polymer having carbosiloxane dendrimer structure in the side chain is one having the carbosiloxane dendrimer structure in the side chain of the vinyl based polymer. The dendrimer structure means a high molecular weight group highly regularly branched form a nucleus in a radial state. As the carbosiloxane dendrimer having the structure, for example, a highly branched siloxane.silalkylene copolymer is mentioned. Thereby, excellent printing durability over a long period and free from the accumulation of residual charge is obtained and high quality image is obtained.
