PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably mount a vane to a stator body so as to prevent loosening caused by a difference of coefficient of thermal expansion. SOLUTION: A spring plate 90 of an elastic mounting part 20 which has elasticity principally in a diameter direction and a spring plate 115 of an elastic mounting part 25 which has elasticity in a diameter and axial direction are mounted at an outer end and an inner end, respectively, of a vane 5 by a radial bolt 95. An inner shroud 50 of the vane 5 is exerted compressive load in an axial direction by pre-loading the spring plate 115 in an axial direction by a compression spring 145.
