PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill a prescribed quantity of mortar in a coned hole easily and quickly by providing a tube section having an opening section with nearly the same diameter as that of the coned hole at the front end, a piston section slid in the tube section to fill/discharge mortar from the opening section, a rod section, and a handle section arranged at its rear end section. SOLUTION: This mortar filling unit 1 is provided with a cylindrical tube section 2 having nearly the same inner diameter as that of a coned hole, the face of a piston section 3 brought into contact with mortar is made flat and is slid on the inner face of the tube section 2 so that no mortar is leaked from the periphery of the piston section 3. A handle section 8 is vertically provided at the rear end of the bar-like rod 4 sliding the piston section 3 longitudinally. Mortar is filled from the opening section 2a, the front end of the tube section 2 is put on the coned hole, and the handle section 8 is pressed to fill the mortar. After filling is completed, the handle section 8 is rotated about a half rotation to flatten the surface of the mortar with the surface of the piston section 3. The mortar is filled/discharged by the sliding of the piston section 3, thus anyone can easily use the mortar filling unit 1 without requiring a skill.
