PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a snow plow which can be safely and easily handled even by an aged person or a woman and to enhance the working efficiency of snow removal by solving inconveniences of load balancing and vertical displacement of a control panel at the time of manually operating the height adjustment of a snow removing section. SOLUTION: An upper frame 6 mounting thereon snow removing functions such as a snow removing section 1, a prime motor, and a control panel, is rotatably linked to a lower frame 7 mounting thereon traveling sections 3 such as wheels, and a crawler. When the upper frame 6 is manually rotated about a linking portion as a spindle with respect to the lower frame 7 to adjust the height of the snow removing section 1, in order to supplement a vertically operating force, an expansion spring 18 and an expansion attenuator are directly or indirectly interposed between the frames. Alternatively, a composite expansion spring 10 having a function of an attenuator as well may be interposed between the same.
