PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal for three-dimensional surface adhesion and bonding for bonding or repairing a corner part structured by mutually intersecting X- plane, Y-plane, and Z-plane or a three-dimensional curved surface. SOLUTION: This seal for three-dimensional surface adhesion and bonding is a seal fragment having any shape and equipped with an adhesive layer 3 on its rear surface 2a, a small hole 4 around its center part of the surface of the seal fragment 2, and a cut line 6 from the small hole 4 to the circumference 5 of the seal fragment 2, pref., the shape of the seal fragment 2 is a circle, the small hole 4 is a small circle and located at the center of the seal fragment 2, and a release paper layer is attached on the outer surface of an adhesive agent layer on the rear surface of the seal fragment 2.
