PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable keeping a good fit in a whole foot during exercise by forming wedge shape notches extending in a sole direction from the edge parts of an opening part at one of the inner instep side or the outer instep side of a string tying-up part which is arranged along the opening part of a shoe and separating the string tying-up part into one at the side of a front foot part and the other at the side of the rear foot part. SOLUTION: The string tying-up part 4 is arranged along the left and right edge parts of the opening part 3 in the vamp 2 of the shoe 1, the wedge shape notches 5 extending in the sole direction from the edges of the opening part 3 are formed at both the inner instep and outer instep sides of the string tying-up part 4 positioned in a middle foot part which is in a middle part between the front and rear foot parts and the vamp 2 is set not to be linked with the front and rear foot parts. The notches 5 are formed to be the shape extending from the edge parts of the opening part 3 toward the sole to the nearly middle point of the quarter part of the vamp 2. Thus, non-linkage property is kept between the front and rear foot parts and a slight movement in the front and rear foot parts, such as an inward turn or an outward turn is mitigated by the vamp of the middle foot part so that a good fit feeling is always kept in the rear foot part during exercise.
