PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute requests to two networks in a main storage device when requests are issued to the same communication register device in plural arithmetic processors. SOLUTION: In this communication register access method, when a request is issued to a communication register device in a certain arithmetic processor, the least significant bits 14 indicating the even number/odd number of its own arithmetic processor number are added to an original PNU routing address being one part of an address for deciding an output port, and used as new PNU routing address 7.
