PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock handle device for doors of clamp plate reverse direction rotary type allowing users to select the ergonomically reasonable direction when turning an operation handle in any securing forms, while preventing the operation handle from interfering with a door even if this lock handle device is applied to a double-leafed hinged door. SOLUTION: Bearing cylindrical sections 3 are provided orthogonal to a door 1 in the front and rear faces of the upper section of a fixed base 2, a bearing block 4 is provided in parallel with the bearing cylindrical sections 3 in the rear face of the lower section of the fixed base 2, and the main shaft 6 of an operation handle 5 is fitted in the bearing cylindrical section 3. In addition, the base end section of an interlocking lever 7 is fixed to the rear end section of the main shaft 6, a sub-shaft 8 is fitted to the bearing block 4, a clamp plate 9, wherein the locking end section 10 formed on the tip section of the clamp plate 9 is engaged with a plate receiving section 12 on the side of a fixed frame body 11, is fixed to the rear end section of the sub-shaft 8, an interlocking arm section 13 is formed faced oblique upward on the opposite side of the locking end section 10 in relation to the sub-shaft, a cam slot 14 is obliquely provided in the interlocking arm section 13, and a cam pin 15 is fixed to the tip section of the interlocking lever 7.
