PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a substance having an effect of facilitating the differentiation of fat cells from natural products, e.g. quite carefree fruits or the like in respect of safety. SOLUTION: The fat cell differentiation facilitative composition arising from fruits is prepared by including an effective amount of an extract obtained by extracting fruits belonging to the family Rosaceae or Vitaceae with an organic solvent or a hydrous organic solvent in order to facilitate the differentiation of fat cells. As the fruit used as the material of the composition on this invention, apple, peach, plum, apricot or grape belonging to the family Rosaceae or Vitaceae is concretely illustrated.
