PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce necessary time until the horn of especially meringue stands firmly by improving each blade impeller body of an agitating blade impeller to improve agitating ability to a matter to be agitated. SOLUTION: In the agitating blade impeller, the plural blade impeller bodies 5 are arranged around the rotation center line 4a of a rotation axis to be connected to the driving axis of an electric mixer for cooking. Each body 5 is fixed to the rotation axis, arranged side by side by forming external agitating chambers 16 in a peripheral direction S with respect to the line 4a, and are separated by forming inner agitating chambers 15 in a radial direction R orthogonal to the line 4a. The chambers 16 and the chambers 15 mutually adjacent in the peripheral direction S are communicating with each other. In each body 5, an agitating hole 7 communicating with the room 15 on an inner surface 13 opposed to the line 4a through the room 15 is formed through an outer surface 14 on a side opposite to the surface 13. The hole 7 is formed through from the surface 13 to the surface 14 in the radial direction R. Each room 15 and each room 16 mutually communicate around the line 4a. Thus, resisting force with the collision of meringue to the bodies 5 is increased and relative moving of meringue is activated to improve agitating ability.
