<p>Substrate covered by a metallic reflective layer (16) with differing thermal expansion coefficients has on its rear a further layer (18), with differing thermal expansion coefficient (10,12,14). The deposition stage compensates for variations in the shape of the reflector through taking into account the temperature of deposition and/or layer material nature and/or its thickness. An Independent claim is included for the reflector of electromagnetic waves used for telecommunications, obtained by the process described. Preferred features: The rear layer is deposited over the entire rear face of the substrate and is metallic. The metal deposit has the same properties as the reflective layer on the front of the reflector.</p> |
