Reactive two component polyurethane foam compounds and process for fire-proof sealing

Reactive two component polyurethane foam with improved accessibility and no dripping at 250-450 degrees C has a polyesterpolyol based polyol component. Reactive two component polyurethane foam comprises: (A) a polyol component comprising: (a) 39.5-92.2 wt.% polyesterpolyol, of OH number = 130-550 and viscosity = 4000-10000 mPas, (b) 0.6-4.0 wt.% catalyst, (c) 0.2-1.4 wt.% chemical propellant, (d) 6.5-32.5 wt.% physical propellant, and (e) 0.5-22.6 wt.% red phosphorus; and (B) a polyisocyanate component comprising: (a) 78.9-99.9 wt.% organic polyisocyanate of average isocyanate functionality 2.2, and (b) 0.1-21.1 wt.% physical propellant. The ratio of NCO:OH groups = 1.4-3.0:1.
