There is provided a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet comprising a substrate sheet and an intermediate layer and a receptive layer provided in that order on at least one side of the substrate sheet, the intermediate layer being formed of at least one resin having an active hydrogen, the receptive layer comprising at least one thermoplastic resin and a curing agent reactive with the active hydrogen.
