PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a proper thermal cooking and a proper reheating of cooking material after automatic control of heating in response to increase or decrease in the cooking material during heating and environmental changes in the automatic control of heating of a thermal cooker. SOLUTION: When a signal is inputted into a heating start means 14, an automatic heating is performed by a control means 13 according to a heating pattern stored in a control memory means 15. When excessive heating occurs in automatic heating attributed to increase or decrease in cooking material or the like during the heating, the process is advanced by a process shift input means 16 to accomplish proper cooking eliminating excessive heating. When a signal is inputted into a reheating input means 20, a reheating is performed by a control means 13 corresponding to the last operation of thermal cooking as stored in a last heating pattern memory means 21 thereby accomplishing proper reheated cooking of the cooking material.
