PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chuck device with an excellent utility and workability which can hold and fix a tool to a spindle simply and securely, by the opening operation of an exclusive operation tool. SOLUTION: A taper part 7 is provided to the outer peripheral wall of a tool holder 5 or to the inner peripheral wall of a sleeve 6, so as to compose to abut the tool holder 5 and the sleeve 6 at the taper part 7, a locking part 8 to lock an operation tool 3 to the sleeve 6 is provided, a supporting part 9 to support the operation tool 3 locked to the locking part 8 is provided at an adequate position of a chuck device body 2, and when the operation tool 3 is opened by making the supporting part 9 as the furcrum, in the tapering direction of the taper part 7, the sleeve 6 locking the operation tool 3 is slided to the tool holder 5, and the opening 4 of the tool holder 5 is narrowed by the tapering function of the taper part 7, by the sliding of the sleeve 6. |
