PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electroconductive roll good in initial electrification property, capable of keeping its electrification property when durably used and excellent in toner-filming property. SOLUTION: This roll is obtained by successively forming the innermost layer 2, middle layer 3 and surface layer 3 on the outer peripheral surface of a shaft 1. The surface layer 3 essentially comprises a block copolymer employing the following constitutional components (A) and (B): (A) a structural unit derived from a silicone polymer having an azo group in its molecular structure; and (B) a structural unit derived from an acryl-based monomer.
