PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a colorless solution for a cosmetic capable of adding an excellent adhesiveness and detergency and useful for production of articles such as a patch for immediately cleansing and caring for the skin by including a specific self-adhesive hydrophobic polymer, keratin-dissolving agent, etc., in an organic solvent. SOLUTION: (A) One or more self-adhesive hydrophobic polymer selected from polyacrylic and/or polyvinyl polymer or copolymer (e.g. copolymer of ethylhexyl acrylate, vinyl acetate and acryljc acid), (B) one or more filler and/or an essential oil and (C) one or more keratin-dissolving agent (e.g. 5-n-octanoyl salicylic acid) are dissolved in (D) an organic solvent acceptable as a cosmetic. Preferably the solution comprises 20-60 mass % component A, 0.1-20 mass % component B, 0.1-15 mass % component C and 20-80 mass % component D based on the total mass. Adhesiveness of the component A after evaporating the component D is set to be 150-800 g/cm2.
