PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ID tag from being fraudulently used due to a theft or loss by entering an ID number via the ID tag, and inputting a password number via ten keys to unlock a key storage box. SOLUTION: A readout control circuit 11 is provided on a box 2 storing the key 3 of a vestibule door 1, an ID number 11 is entered via an ID tag 6 such as a magnetic card, and an authentication number 9 is inputted via ten keys of an input section 11C. The ID number 10 and the password number 9 are compared with the registered ID number 5 and password number 15, and the opening/closing mechanism 8 of a cover 4 can be unlocked to take out the key 3 stored inside only when they coincide with each other. A helper can unlock the vestibule door 1 with the key 3 to enter the house of an old person requiring help, and the ID tag 6 can be prevented from being fraudulently used due to loss or a theft. If the password number 15 is registered on the ID tag 6, the password number 15 can be easily changed. Ten keys of the input section 11C can be provided on the ID tag 6.
