PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight floor impact sound of a low frequency by forming the passage of a specific width between sound absorbing materials, and making a set area rate for the floor substrate area of the sound absorbing material a specific value. SOLUTION: A floor panel material 3 is juxtaposed through a plurality of support legs 2 on a floor slab 1, and a floor finish material 5 is laid on through a floor substrate material 4 on the upper face of the floor panel material 3. A sound absorbing material 6 is laid on the floor slab 1. Then, an interval between the sound absorbing materials 6 is 70-150 mm wide, and a passage 10 is provided between the sound absorbing materials. In addition, a set area rate for the floor substrate area of the sound absorbing material 6 is made 80% or higher. The thickness of the sound absorbing material is adjusted by properly laminating a plurality of the sound absorbing materials in accordance with the height of an underfloor space. Even when a floor face receives large impact by weight, it is scattered on the whole floor face and impact sound transmitted to a lower floor is reduced by passing through the passage 10 while air of the underfloor space compressed by the deflection of the face material in the neighborhood of an impact point is sound-absorbed by the sound absorbing material 6.
