PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cargo loading/unloading work on/from a flat cargo deck from interfered by a cargo deck cover opening/closing mechanism, even if loading/unloading the cargo on/from the flat cargo deck from the side or rear side of the cargo deck by providing the cargo deck cover opening/closing mechanism in a space between a driver chamber and the flat cargo deck. SOLUTION: When two wires are simultaneously wound up by a winch with the winch fixed and the wires tensed, a carrier is lifted upward. Along with it, a cargo deck cover 2 is opened from the upper opening part of the flat cargo deck. When the movement of the carrier provides insufficient aperture, the wires 20 are wound up further by the winch and rotationally move the hinge 18 about the cargo cover 2 so that the upper face of the flat cargo box can be widely opened. In closing the cargo cover 2, a procedure reverse to that of opening the cargo cover 2 is performed. The cargo deck cover 2 is so constituted as to be vertically moved and rotationally move upward about the hinge 18, there are no obstacles in the side and the rear directions of the flat cargo deck.
