PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand hold mechanism capable of being easily mounted on a vehicle ceiling part. SOLUTION: A linear part 14 of a hand hold 11 is fixed to brackets 12 with screws 16 with the linear part 14 inserted through circular holes 13 of the brackets 12, while mounting parts 17 of the bracket 12 are fixed on a ceiling part 10 with screws 19 such that the hand hold 11 is disposed apart from the ceiling part 10. Each end part 20 of the hand hold 11 extends at an angle close to the ceiling part 10 from the linear part 14, while a tip opening part of the end part 20 is blocked with a resin cap 21.
