PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output processing apparatus capable of controlling a printing job according to the ID number administration, for various kinds of controls such as an output processing control by utilizing an ID number, highly convenient for a user. SOLUTION: In the case a user approaches to a digital copier, the ID card carried by the user is detected (S1) so that the ID number is confirmed according to the communication between the ID card and the digital copier (S2). The print jobs corresponding to the confirmed ID number are listed (S4), and the print jobs corresponding to the ID number are outputted (S6). Moreover, the order of output or the output timing of the printing jobs can be controlled according to the ID number.
