PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weather resistance and scuff resistance by forming a base material protective layer and a surface protective layer on the protective surface side of a resin base material, and forming the protective layer by incorporating a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer component selected from specific ultraviolet absorbing monomer. SOLUTION: A base material protective layer is formed on the protective surface side of a resin base material, and a surface protective layer is formed on the protective layer to form the laminated resin material. In this case, the protective layer is formed by incorporating a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer component selected from an ultraviolet absorbing monomer represented by a formula I or II, wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, R2 is a lower alkylene group, R3 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, X is a hydrogen atom, a halogen or the like, R4 is a lower alkylene group, and R5 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. The base material protective layer is preferably made of a crosslinked cured material. As a constituting material of the protective layer, a silicone curable resin or the like is used.
