摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a plywood with a high moisture content allowance and at the same time, realize the enhancement of economy by using a specific kind of persulfate, a peroxide or an azo compound as a curing promoter of an amino resin for bonding and molding a veneer or a wood piece having a specified moisture content. SOLUTION: One or more kinds of persulfate an peroxide or an azo compound are used as a curing promoter of an amino resin for bonding and molding a veneer or a wood piece having 15-30 wt.% moisture content. The amino resin in this case is an oligomer and/or a polymer obtained by reacting one or more kinds of a compound having an amino group in a molecule such as urea or melamine to react with formaldehyde or the like. The addition amount of the curing promoter is about 0.05-20.0 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. amino resin. Thus it is possible to bond and mold the veneer or the wood piece having a high moisture content and thereby realize improvement of the yield.
