SOLUTION: It is possible to certainly and stably carry even an extremely thin film sheet 1 without causing jamming as a carrier pin carries the film sheet 1 in such a way as to pull it from the head end side by inserting it into a pilot hole 1a on the head end side of the film sheet 1, to keep the film sheet 1 in a flat state by partitioning off a cavity to hold the film sheet 1 between a presser projection and a guide rail 10 each time when the film sheet 1 is carried by a desired pitch by a jam preventing mechanism and to carry the film sheet 1 at high speed and in high precision by further securing a jam preventing effect of the film sheet 1 by the jam preventing mechanism.
