PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lost wax-made well cover having simple and inexpensive structure and restraining flowing passage loss to small. SOLUTION: In the lost wax-made well cover 1, a bending of a water flowing passage 7 in a curving tube part 3 extended as the elbow state while drawing the arch-shape from one side surface of a seat part 2, is formed only with the arch having the constant radius R from the one end to the other end of the water flowing passage 7, and the water flowing passage 7 is formed as the arch-shape smoothly continued from the one end to the other end to obtain the smooth water flowing passage 7 having little flowing passage loss. Simultaneously, a corner mold 10 for forming the water flowing passage 7 can be made with one mold and further, the take-out/in of this corner mold 10 can be executed only by shifting along the arch direction of the water flowing passage 7 to be formed.
