PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple ligation method and device for it, which can execute prescribed multiple ligating in environment where a winding thread part can properly and easily detached and is not directly touched by a person by simplifying a method for winding a ligating thread to a bobbin part and maintaining a wound winding thread part at the bobbin part to avoid rewinding easily. SOLUTION: This method winds the ligating thread in an order opposite of a ligation order to plural bobbin parts 7 (8, 9) provided with thread inserting grooves 11 (12, 13), seals the opening end of each bobbin part by successively detachable sealing body 30, puts the free end of the ligating thread through a matter to be ligated and then through the grooves 11 (12, 13) in the order of a first ligation, a second ligation... to detach the body 30 each time and successively forms multiple ligations 1, (2, 3...).
