PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a person sitting on a toilet seat use the toilet seat comfortably by peeling the papers sheet by sheet by forming the shape of western toilet seat in such a manner that a large number of sheets of thin paper which is sterilized and melts with water, are superposed, and affixed on a paper board. SOLUTION: Sterilized thin papers 2 are superposed by gluing side surface sections on the right and the left, and are affixed on a paper board 1. The gluing is not applied to an area which meets the tip end of a toilet seat, and the thin papers 2 are peeled sheet by sheet from that area. Also, for the thin paper 2, one which is melted with water is used, and being flushable in toilet is printed on each sheet. Also, on the paper board 1, an arm section 3 made of a strong paper is attached at four locations. Then, a double face tape is attached to one of the tip ends of the arm section 3. The thin papers are installed by winding and fixing the arm sections 3 on a toilet seat. By winding the arm sections 3 around the toilet seat, the papers can be installed on either type of toilet seat, an oval shape or a U-shape. By using such an antibacterial paper for western toilet seat, a person who sits on the toilet seat can comfortably use the toilet.
