PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deck from being inclined when a cargo is loaded or unloaded and to conduct the loading/unloading work safely and efficiently by horizontally providing a support base vertically moved in contact with the lower section of the deck of a vehicle on a lift cylinder, and arranging a horizontality detecting means made of a pair of the right and left floating bodies on the support base. SOLUTION: A lift cylinder is lifted, and a horizontality detecting means made of a pair of the right and left floating bodies 6 protruded on the upper face of a support base 3 is brought into contact with the lower frame of a motor truck. If the right and left of the lower frame are not horizontal, one of the floating bodies 6 is first brought into contact with the lower frame and is depressed, and it is submerged into a groove 3 a to operate a corresponding limit switch. When the rear of the motor truck is lifted and the right and left of the lower frame become horizontal, the other floating body 6 is also submerged into the groove 3a to operate the corresponding limit switch. When both limit switches are operated, the lift cylinder is stopped, and the lower frame is kept horizontal.
