TV equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has at least one light-to-signal converter, which output is connected to amplifier, and scanning unit, which is connected to all light-to-signal converters, and detector of contour of image to be transmitted, which is connected to output of at least one amplifier. Goal of invention is achieved by at least one introduced random-access unit. Signal inputs of all random-access units are connected to outputs of respective amplifiers. Control inputs of all random-access units are connected to output of detector of contours of image to be transmitted.
