SUBSTANCE: device has a frame with fixing members, it is T-shaped in plan and formed by a post and crossbar. The fixing members are provided with thread and installed for longitudinal movement in bushes rigidly installed on the frame ends at an angle of 75 to 90 deg to its plane. The frame post and crossbar are composed of two parts each, hinge-joined to each other, the hinge axes are located in the frame plane, and the parts, making up the crossbar, are provided with stops rigidly attached to the frame and projecting behind its lower plane.
